Since we are on the subject of dead, red flesh, tonight's bill of fair was, fresh ground chuck from the local butcher shop. That grocery store stuff just does not taste right with all of it's additives. That burger is topped with Asiago Cheese, and Mayo. Then we had fresh Broccoli, an onion rings. Tasty stuff!

The broccoli is back! Along with it we have some rice, and pork loin from the butcher. Then to top that pork loin we have some special Maurice's BBQ sauce. I actually pay to ship this stuff to Ohio from South Carolina. A friend from the South explained to me years ago that real BBQ sauce is mustard based, and sent me a case of this stuff. I got hooked.

Wife and daughter both going out tonight. Son`s not going to do it so it`s up to Dad to cook dinner. Barbequed salmon, steamed green beans, and rice.
