In Soviet era Russia, a man wanted a car to drive to work. This way he could save energy traveling to work and do his job even better. He went to the bureau of transportation to request a car and asked for the car, to his surprise, they said yes.
“Just sign your name here on list, comrade. In 20 years you come pick up car.”
“20 years?” The man questioned. “20 years in the morning or afternoon?”
“What difference does it make?!” Exclaimed the Soviet bureaucrat.
And the man said “in 20 years the, plumber is scheduled to stop by in the morning.”
