Oh. I thought you were waxing nostalgic for the leather belts that they strapped hoods closed on Bentley road racers of the '40's & whatnot! lol

A buddy of mine bought me one since he knows I'm into M-bodies. I don't have as much modifying to go to as you did to make it like the real one, but that's the plans for mine, too.

I just bought a police Diplomat in 1/24 from eBay. It was a MotorMax one (not sure if other Diplomats are available). When it arrived, I was stunned by the lack of detail (mostly interior/engine bay), as all the other diecasts I have have far more detail. It's really ripe for some detailing, which I will do at some point. Will be ordering the WI decals from policecarmodels.com first. I'd have a whole fleet of police/service car diecasts if I could afford it!
