You might have a point there, as well.
In Oklahoma, the number of cars here without factory A/C you can almost count on one hand (my wagon is one of them - which was imported from New York state).
In the summer, it can get to 110' F (43' C) in the shade, and that is not counting the 80-90% humidity - so we don't see to not many of those no-A/C brackets around these here parts.
Now the real question my wife wants to know is why I bought a no-A/C car, to begin with. I replied, because it is cool to have a car without A/C. She will stare at me while giving the evil eye, before turning around walking off (well you can fill in the blank on whats going on in her mind . . . ).
Come to think of it, saying it is cool to have a car without A/C is, um, not cool when its the peak of summer.
