New (old) wheels on the Runner

Wow "Droptop" I didnt recognize you! Yep, I still have the cast aluminum wheels, but I am having one heck of a time finding center caps that fit correctly. Any Ideas. The correct cap part number is 3880990.......cant seem to find them anywhere.

They look a lot like Dodge Omni wheel centers. What is the dia. of the center hole?
