I go by the name Ambassadorman because my very first car was a 1969 AMC Ambassador SST. My father (R.I.P.) was a Buick guy. When I pulled up in the Ambassador, he was pissed. He would not let me even park it in the driveway. He became furious when he discover my car had standard air-conditioning and his Le Saber, well didn't. That Ambassador made me an AMC fan for life, I owed many of them including Jeeps. After the merger in 1987 I became a Chrysler supporter. I now operate a Executive car service in South Carolina, I am proud that my fleet includes mostly Chrysler 300s a 1972 Imperial Lebaron, 1979 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue and a 300 stretched limousine. The older Chryslers are used for special occasions such as Weddings and trips to the Masters. I hope your site will help with the location of parts and knowledge of the workings of the older vehicles. I am looking forward to conversing with your group of Mopar enthusiasts.
