Odd rear bumper with cut outs for lights

NOS OEM Dodge 1977 1978 Aspen Plymouth Volare Rear Bumper Chrome Mopar 1976

Never seen this. Rattletrap has mentioned an odd rear 78/79 with all red lenses in the trunk housing. Which might need the reverse lights in the bumper????

Im guessing the lamps I had seen were an early 79 Volare experiment that briefly made production. They were much more attractive than regular 79 Volare tail lamps. The reverse lense was in the center location same as 78 and the main lense body was solid red instead of having the amber 78 or white 79 half. I want to say I saw them on two different cars locally. Both Dusters.
I don't think I'd be interested in 40yrs of nos "shelf wear" on such a large part as an M rear bumper when I could get fresh chrome for $100 more.
