Oil leak?

Okay, this is a picture under the hood of my fifth avenue which shows a leak. This is at the firewall. Just to the left and below the wiper motor. Its to the right of the distributor.

It appears to be leaking oil?

It almost looks like something is oozing from your wiper motor and dripping down. Electrolytic goo?

The "tube" is the throttle valve rod (kick down linkage). I agree with Captain. My guess is the grease in the wiper transmission is leaking into the motor and then oozing out the case.
