Could be a valve guide or carbon that's worked free...
I have seen a flat washer cause a random miss also.

A slightly burned valve can do that or, as Oldiron said, carbon holding it open a titch. The fuel/air mixture ignites partially in the exhaust and "pops". Won't cause a noticeable miss unless it gets worse (if it's a burned valve that is). Even then, it can miss at idle but seem smooth off idle.

looks like a BG combustion treatments in order tksgjg
Might do the trick! I've used that at work for things like cold start misfire or hard cold start where the carbon soaks up the fuel until it's saturated on port injected engines, and basic crappy running when carbon fouls up the air flow into the chamber on direct injected engines. It does wonders in a lot of cases. It'll smoke out a 10 square block area in the process but, what are you going to do?

Im actually getting that at cruising speed over 45 mph. idles smooth and i have good take off, but for some reason at cruising speed it acts up.
