Yes it does! However, snow goes with the territory. It's not so much the snow that sucks, it's the salt that goes along with it.

We had our first snow fall before Halloween and it's come and gone a couple times since.
I wouldn't mind winter as much if they didn't use salt and the temperatures stayed below freezing. I hate both the rust and the flash freezing that causes ice and accidents.
