It's a standard swaybar link kit. I don't know what the measurements or part number is offhand but they're readily available.

So are you looking for the 'swaybar to chassis' bushings, or the actual end-link bushings that reside between the sway bar and the leaf spring bracket?

I am late for work already, but I have a good summary of the aftermarket options...I'll post these later today

Measure the link and check Summitt or the places that sel performance suspension parts. Like I said it's readily available. Or just buy one thsts too long and cut the sleeve to the right length.

The bushing on the bar is a standard size also.

If I remember and can get to my parts I'll find the numbers.

In my 78 book 4057086 is the rear link kit for our 78 volare. Should be the same as yoursI would think. I have only one NOS kit you will need two. The other two bushings at the frame mount are not listed separately from the sway bar itself.

For the links, what about a long grade 8 bolt, some shock absorber bushings and washers, and a sleeve/spacer over the bolt to keep the bushings at either end? It's not perfect, but it might work

If you're making a set yourself this is the way. Instead of washers use shock bushing keepers as they're cupped to the bushing. For the sleeve over the bolt black pipe can be used. Dad did this for his.

For the frame rail bushings Energy Suspension has bushings that fit. You just need to measure as they're not listed by vehicle fitment.

Or you can just order from Firm Feel. Expensive, but damn nice pieces.

...

OK, here is what I have:
1) 9.5106G BUSHING, Sway bar bushing and bracket kit (3/4") (POLY), EnergySuspension
2) 9.5110G BUSHING, Sway bar bushing and bracket kit (1") (POLY), EnergySuspension
3) 9.5161G BUSHING, Sway bar bushing and bracket kit (1") (POLY) - greasable, EnergySuspension
4) 6-1157 BUSHING, Sway bar bushing (1") (POLY), Prothane

Look these up on SummitRacing, etc...but to start you off with I've attached the 9.5106 piece specs.

For the end-links, I've attached a Prothane chart, shows part numbers...measure what you need, if they do not have the exact one, find the closest next thing.

Next is the Addco equivalent...seems like these guys have some longer options!

Ahh, OK, so one more comment I would make: the ideal link<=>swaybar interface should be at a 90deg angle. For that to happen you really need to have the chassis fully loaded & suspension compressed so that you can get a real read-out of the end-link length to facilitate that 90 deg. setup.

If you can't do that, well, don't get hung up on it as a few degrees off won't cripple you! lol
