My apologies if this has been covered, but I could not find a definitive answer using the search option.

I have an '83 Cordoba and would like to upgrade to a larger sway bar in the front and install one in the rear. What year range and model(s) should I be scouring the boneyards for ?

No there are more, but I know for sure that the 81-83 Imp's all have them. Police should, I had one that when a certain tire store changed the front end parts for the PO he put smaller parts on tie rods, idler, etc.. Telling him those were the wrong parts for his car & that someone must have put those on.

I got the police front sway bar for my 5th from Summit Racing. It is an Addco, 1 1/8" in diameter, just like stock. For the rear bar, you'll need all the parts (frame brackets, shock plates, etc) from a police unit. There is a guy over on dippy.org that sells complete set ups every once in a while out of California. That's where I got mine.
