The lower hose is the stocker. The upper is a DAYCO D7128. The lower fought me as the Rad bib was slightly larger than stock. The trick for any rad hose- warm water/ warm day. Put the hose on a house door knob. A door knob on a house door. Use the door knob to open up the hose a bit - so when you are all contorted up under inside the engine bay it goes a bit easier. I would leave the hose on the door knob for hours- just to make life easier

I pulled the fan to give me some room to work. So now I'm at the crossroad to the path of an electric fan................ next time

Go with a mechanical thermo clutch fan and try to find a stock shroud to fit the radiator.

I might need a fan with a short snout. It is on 4 inches from the pulley face to the rad's ribs

A stock fan and clutch would fit fine. They're 3" from the pulley face to the front face of the clutch.

So Pope Francis needs to come over an bless the radiator before I fire it up............

Same here......BFD

Damn man! Where you been? Need not to worry... the Pope has left the building... kind of like Elvis, but not going home to Graceland.

there is a party at the Vatican.............. scenes from the Movie: "The Pope Must Diet (Die)"

Pressurized and NO LEAKS what so ever. I am going to try an 18 inch electric fan. I fabbed up a bottom bracket an will grab a driver side bracket from work tomorrow. I took it up the road without any fan and it has a bunch of torque

I use a Chevy HHR fan, new off rock auto I think it was $35 with shipping when they were on close out. Here is a pick. Pulls about 3000 cfm.

Almost I had to fab up the brackets and then I'm set. Don't know the fan's brand, but I used the same model in my van for 8 years. It throws some wind
