it's dripping down from somewhere. hose or radiator pin hole maybe. depends how bad it is. check where your over flow discharge is pointed too. if your system is over full or over heating it could could just be from the over flow

I removed the steering box valve to make it easier to get my power box out so I wouldn't have to try and remove the pitman arm. I wasn't reusing the box anyways. I still have the factory exhaust. I didn't have to remove any of the factory exhaust at all.

The one with the bolt in it is probably an aftermarket replacement, like Moog, so someone has been there before.

Your thermostat and/or water pump is bad and you're seeing the rusty coolant from the block force itself through the old seals as the car heats up.
