Making a couple of changes on my stocker before the first race of 2025...front brakes and headers

Been having some eye troubles myself, and yes I do need to race more often. Just talked to my 2 sons about this very subject today.

Bruce Parsons of Parson's and Myers in Dayton Ohio built the engine. It has gone 12.49 @ 106 mph. You probably know the Irving's in Nevada and their small block stockers. Class racing is the best! Post some pictures of your wagon.

Raced the Aspen at Kil Kare last Sept. with the Buckeye S/SS group. Been playing around with the video my wife took that weekend. I' m very limited with my tech skills. Lost first round on Sunday but ended up having the best first round losing package and got my $100 entry fee back.

Not sure if anyone has started an F-body wagon only thread in the past so here we go...

Only made it out once this year with my 79 N/SA 318 4 bbl. Aspen. Planning to upgrade the front brakes due to too much drag. Will also be replacing the "off the shelf" headers with custom made stainless steel headers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thanks for looking .

Well it's a 318 4 bbl. Stock cast intake, thermoquad, stock lift cam (.390 intake, .420 ex.) Limited modifications allowed for stock eliminator. Has to weigh 3505 with driver. 13.00 index for my class which is N/SA. Still has more ET in it but I'm slowly getting there. :D

Raced with the Buckeye Stock/Super Stock group at KilKare in Xenia Ohio April 17th. Great to be racing again, car went 12.49 @ 106 mph. Redlight 2nd round. Next race is at National Trail Raceway May 29th and 30th.

Tires are 255x60's

No Myron it doesn't, maybe in the future.
