It's from that white plastic thing, once they crack things like that happen, you can just pop it off with a flat head and put another on, I've found it works best if you put a little crazy glue on. It always happens the first drive so definitely cold, sometimes gets better. I'm not driving at moment, that antifreeze leak turned out to be the water pump, i won't have money to fix it until Thursday night, so we'll see what happens

The fluid and filter were changed this past March, I had the transmission serviced in 2018 a month or two after the Bayview fire but that shop turned out to be very crooked and it wouldn't surprise if they never touched the bands and just charged me for it. I can't remember if I ever had it...
