Got the transmission back. I ended up screwing it up by cutting the driveshaft too short and obliterating the rear bearing. Since I had to take the transmission I decided to take the engine out and redo the engine compartmen.

Well it’s all bolted in however I’m missing a few parts for my HGM trans controller that I need to order. Also it’s been raining the past few days so I had to pause any progress on the install

Latest update. I was able to MacGuyver the linkages by extending the rod by about 2.5 inches! A trip to Harbor freight and Home Depot provided the tap and dye set and the threaded rod and couplings. So far it works great! I can finally install the trans now! Plan an working on it in the next...

Shifter is now securely fastened to the plate. Had to make a trip to Home Depot to get some angle aluminum and some corner bracing.
