What is the best tool to remove the 4 bolts on top by the windshield ?....tr remove dash pad.

mine were all machine screws, not bolts, is that a F vs M body thing?

They should be hex head screws like some of the others on the dash.

Just taken off...all hexheads except for the two screws that are to the left and right of the cluster...These are in horizontally.. a bit rusty underneath..
