is this worth the money? i idle arm is worn pretty good, i need a new one.

the police/taxi ones are long gone. at $200 are these worth the money?

found the above on EBAY, is this a good part? tried googler but nothing looks like this. removable end other side looks like it has a bearing

Of all the FFI parts I have on my car this is not one of them. Does your idler need to be replaced? That's almost $300 and I'm not entirely sure it'll make that big of a difference if at all.
