I actually just cut the vacuum valve off the top and jb welded the pin on the base and threw it back together.

I ended up taking the rear end to a shop and found out i had a 7.25 ring gear. So i ended up finding a 8.8 out of a 96 gt had some leaf spring perches welded on and dropped it in. I got 3.27 gears, lsd and rear disc for a little over 700 bucks.

I know its a shot in the dark, is the car still around and if so what parts are left?

That viper seems a little pricey for something that really only good for the drivetrain. You can get low mileage viper drivetrains for 6500 off of ebay.
