Maybe a dumb question—but could a bad intake seal be also causing oil to leak INTERNALLY into the #7 cylinder? I’m getting a wet electrode on the plug—not external oil on the plug. The cylinder is firing Trying to decide if I’m gonna pull off the heads when I reseal the intake.

Well…The Edlebrock intake is definitely aluminum and I do not recall removing the centering pins from the block…so this would definitely be part of the problem. So the intake absolutely needs removed and resealed. Fel pro MS90109 or other? Appreciate this observation. Just didn’t think...

I spoke with Dan at Brewers this AM. He was not hopeful that gear would be in stock anytime soon. I am hoping to find the original Chrysler part number to see if I can locate one. I was avoiding having to convert it.

Dan—you are 100% correct. Was working on it last weekend was was able to get new Kenwood 3.5s mounted, but they are very tight. Not only the magnet but also the speaker basket. I will update with pictures. I am working on wiring the mini amp and running all new speaker wire.

Thanks Mike- Ordered new 3.5s for the dash and 6x9s for the rear deck. Using a stock Chrysler CD/Cassette from a 2000 RAM Van and adding a small amp in the dash. Will update how all that works out....
