Hey Mike, check out the Mopar forums and Facebook groups for those front end parts - there's usually guys parting out old Diplomats and you might find a complete front clip from someone breaking one down.

Yeah you'll need that special bushing tool like the first guy mentioned, otherwise you'll be fighting with it all day trying to press those bushings out with the shaft in there.

Check your local junkyards, those hook-type levers are pretty common on mid-2000s models and you might find a decent pair there for cheap.
