Haven't looked into special registration. Since it'll be a daily I'm not looking to restrict the amount I can drive it. And 1975 and earlier is no smog. But I know some 1975 model year cars require smog. Which makes 1975 iffy. Beautiful state but they sure know how to screw car guys
