okay,i do have a set of tracks But the studs that come off those tracks need to be replaced with nuts and bolts,Both sides. the prior owner removed the seats with a torch/cut off the lower sections of stud/nut. the rails are good,the studs are not. they will also need to be cleaned and painted...

Ty guys,esp Aspen500 yes,that makes a lot more sense,and i bet thats what it is, because the k frame bushings and all are still brand new. ty also for those measurements too. also,while they Should be replaced because of age, the rear leafs still sit right and also a bit high.
