Myron I am in the process of building a 360CI 160HP 77dodge aspen SE pure stock car to run IHRA(F/PS index 13.75). They are factored at 274HP in IHRA that's the same motor that NHRA factors at 289. Also and I can't figure this one out. The 360 in a 76 model is factored at 284HP in NHRA. if I run...

SOLD 4 BBL SB Intake Manifold

I have a little more info on the intake. I appears the top intake 3830945 AL or 3830945 L is an intake from cop cars in the mid 70's. With all the interest in these cars I'm hoping someone has some parts tucked away in their spare parts pile. The regular intake 3830945 from what I can find was...

    Wanted E-58 Motor

The rules are very tight in Pure Stock and the reason is they are trying to keep using only OEM stock parts for cost reasons. The short block can be any "LA" short block with max overbore of .070. I probably would not feel confortable with the condition of the block if I had to exceed .030...

    1977 Aspen SE Project

Thanks, I'm happy with the results. Now I have to get some good weather around here so I get to drive it a little. Just got hit with 8" of snow this morning so it will take a while to melt and then I have to wait for a couple of good rain storms to wash all the salt off the roads. Dave

Exhaust System These are some pictures of the exhaust system. The pipes(21/2") exit right behind the rear tires. You could put another bend and extend to the rear bumber but I like them kind of hidden. Dave
