Wondering if anyone has insights in removing the races on the front hubs of an 87 Fifth. I had to beat the outer race out. The inner race fits flush with the hub, no lip to catch a drift on. Been trying a few other things, but it does not seem to move and I am chewing up the hub. Just wondering...

I have checked carefully and there is no gas dripping, just odor. As Aspen 500 said, the canister may be saturated just with vapor. I appreciate all the help.

Thanks for that info. I think I will try and remove the canister and see if it is saturated. I don't try and "top off" when the gas pump clicks off, but wonder if PO's did that.

Sure looks like Costco to me. This is what I have to do every time I gas up the T&C. I get closer to the island, but they make a point to tell you they have a long hose and these gas lines are shorter. Costco wants you to do this.

Very nice car and you are lucky, and the car is lucky. Good things all around. I live in SE Virginia, but grew up in NW Pa. It was almost impossible to prevent rust on your car where I grew up unless you bought a winter beater. I don't miss that!
