Could be weeping out of the head gasket. The head gasket doesn't need to fail dramatically. Have you done any work, like replaced an intake? If it's not the heater core leaking onto the engine, I'd lean towards head gasket

Mine came out of an 84 Lebaron in a junkyard. I think it was an 84. My car spent most of its life in Idaho/Utah/Arizona, so all the plastics were destroyed including the tail sockets But in NY that stuff survives while the sheet metal rots. I haven't had an issue since.

Did you get the power seat track? I wouldn't rely on just 1 manual seat track to hold that seat in place, especially in a collision

The benches only have the outside bolts I think. Hopefully you have the seat tracks for the seats you bought. The holes should be there, just plugged
