What I always read and then actually experienced is that the trunk plugs won't go back in when you shift the tank. Two of them IIRC. Not a big deal at all because tank is right up against trunk pan. '89 AHB

My first M body had 2.2's and yes extreme dog off the line. Never had 2.2's again; only 2.9 and 3.2 and just like you wrote, 3.2 perfect for me with the 2.9 a close second. Also likely will have the bigger 11" drums in the rear if you get the Police M body one.

I would try to get the M body one and grab the anti-sway bar and as much of the hardware for it too.

Pressing out the pin at the end of the bar is best done with a large press, then replace the pin with a quality nut and bolt. There are good write ups here on the process

I agree with Mark...re-use your current bars and just replace all the bushings with quality stuff. That and a good set of shocks and you'll be fine. I'd also consider solid K frame bushings. IMO they will make a bigger difference than new bars and you'll be happy. I think the OEM t bars were...

Yeah I believe EPA restrictions to be the cause or at least partial. Right now I have a NOS gear in it so we'll see. It's so warm out there's been no reason to run the window up and down plus as I wrote before, I'm afraid to lol.
