    77 Aspen R/T

Only made it out once this year with my 79 N/SA 318 4 bbl. Aspen. Planning to upgrade the front brakes due to too much drag. Will also be replacing the "off the shelf" headers with custom made stainless steel headers. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thanks for looking .

    First 2021 race

Well it's a 318 4 bbl. Stock cast intake, thermoquad, stock lift cam (.390 intake, .420 ex.) Limited modifications allowed for stock eliminator. Has to weigh 3505 with driver. 13.00 index for my class which is N/SA. Still has more ET in it but I'm slowly getting there. :D

    79 Aspen 2020 season

My 60' times are slow since it only has a 4.10 gear. 1.74 best this year. Should be at least a tenth better than that. The 4.86 should solve that problem. I put split mono leaf Cal Tracs on it last year. It has 9x28 MT bracket radials that are just under 88" circumference mounted on 15x9 Indy...

    79 Aspen 2020 season

Very pleased with the 2020 season of racing with the Aspen. The highlight was my win racing with the Buckeye Stock/Superstock Association at KilKare raceway on August 22nd. By the way this is a great group of racers to be associated with. Also raced at the Jegs Sportnationals and 2 NMCA races...

    Jegs Sportsnationals

Had a great time at National Trail Raceway outside Columbus Ohio last week. Car still needs some work. Got side tracked with my 63 Plymouth over the last 6 weeks and now it's time to focus on the Aspen.

    Diplomat wagon

I think they only built M body wagons and 2 doors in 80 and 81.

    Volare wagon

I sold it to one of my sons friends around 2008 or so. Not much rust and it ran great! Would like to get another one.

    79 Aspen Stocker 2019

Remember seeing the wagon for sale a while back. Wanted to buy it but can't take on any more projects. Look forward to some updates and pictures about your cars. Here's a couple of pictures of the 63.

    79 Aspen Stocker 2019

Thanks Mike. Yes using "308" heads with the small valves. I'm determined to run at least 6 races next year with the Aspen. I have a 63 max wedge Plymouth also and want to run it at a couple of nostalgia races as well. I saw your 80 wagon and love it! Did you get it from Philip Marvetz? Looked...

    79 Aspen Stocker 2019

Yes I think you can get them from 15x6 through 15x10. My rear wheels are 15x9. Fronts are 15x3.5 Fentons. I have seen after market front runners but not sure where to get them from. They have a little bit of a "dish" though. Guessing they are 15x4 or 4.5"

    79 Aspen Stocker 2019

Just wanted to share some pictures and thoughts about the 2019 season. Only made it to two races but it's two more than 2018. Overall I was pleased with the performance of the car. Of course there's lots of room for improvement. On the first outing over the 4th of July weekend in Indianapolis...
