1976 Aspen wagon spindle question

Is the front spindle on my 1976 Aspen different than the spindle of a 1965-1972 Dart?

No, the 73-79 B-body, 79-81 R-body, 76-89 FMJ-body spindles are what you need

The FMJ ones are a bit different then the older ones but shouldn't be a problem since they're easier to find anyway.
