For Sale- 1977 Volare Original 'old lady' /6 & 3-speed manual car has 28000 miles on the body. Just finished a complete drive train swap with all top-end parts, has 10 street miles on it to break-in the clutch and fine tune. Engine is an all forged (.040 over) 360/410 cu in. with Edelbrock heads, SRP 9/1 pistons, Eagle H rods and forged crank, Airgap intake, Comp solid cam 247@.050/ 570 lift on Comp roller rockers and SmithBros pushrods. Makes over 500HP & Torque. Trans is a fully rebuilt A-body A833, McLeod diaphram clutch, new Hurst Comp plus shifter, F-body hump installed correctly; chromoly driveshaft with 1350 joints; Dr.Diff race axles on a 489 case with 4.10 and new Auburn sure grip; B-body housing; Aluminum wheels, Nitto drag radials, Wideband O2 & Auto meter gauges including GPS speedo. Aluminum radiator with Mercedes elec. fan and stand-alone controller; new electronic ignition with rev limiter and curved distributor; 1/2" fuel line w/ Carter mechanical pump and regulator; new tank. Caltrac suspension and monoleafs; Caltrac rear adj. shocks. Everything works like it should, done professionally. ALOT of thought, time and $$ put into the build to have a great street/strip machine that's bullet-proof and runs like a raped ape. I removed about 400# from the car, mostly from aluminum engine parts and bumper brackets (has fiberglass front). This is a great street car! Should run low 11's all day. Idles at 800 rpm. Interior is all stock bench in great shape/ installed new correct 4-speed carpet. All glass, trim and rubber is in excellent shape. Body only has one small 2" hole behind rear wheel, otherwise the car retains all original paint and metal. I purchased a 72 Demon scoop as in pics, needing to be finished/installed. Car is factory radio delete and manual disc brakes. All original parts go with sale. Please message me with questions directly.
