As far as the quarter extensions go, I was at an event this weekend and a guy was making small items with a 3D printer, never saw one in action before but it has me thinking..............

You'd have to have a very large 3D printer to print quarter extensions. I don't know of any affordable home units that can print that size yet.

I agree, not likely a home project, but there has to be someone with a commercial unit that can make these at a reasonable price.

Never thought of 3d printing. that would be interesting. Well I had the alternator checked and it still works . It looks as though the battery must be going i checked the voltage today and it was down to almost 9 volts. Its sad that battery wasn't that old. or maybe there's something draining the battery. Also How would you check the voltage regulator?

Does anyone happen to know if there was a a/c delete pulley or did they just leave an empty spot where it would sit?

Its been a while since i talked about the doba. After not really driving it the past year, This is the year i finally have on the road full time without have to mess with taking it off of insurance. I put the rest of the slots on and took my time and wet sanded and polished each one. Then i started messing with the interior and redid the door panels and bought nos door trim top pieces. Also still in mid project with putting a map light form a dodge avenger in place of the factory one. I sold my elky and had the exhaust done on the doba. Next project is the rear fender extensions, finding the rocker panel covers and then reupholstering the seats over winter along with modding a 67 dart floor console to fit the car. I also drove it to its first car of the year at the street machines of Rochester show.

Looking at these pics, u can use the Mirada rocker trim, as ur missing the rear lower quarter moulding and the lower door moulding.
Do u have the chrome trim mounting studs welded to the lower part of the doors?

Looking GREAT! I'm loving the exhaust!

EDIT: I just noticed, just a tiny thing, but you could remove the muffler heat shields since you no longer have exhaust in that area anyway. I removed all of them on mine and if I remember right, it added up to around 10 pounds of extra weight.

thanks. Yeah the lower part of the doors do have the mounting studs for the trim. I wanted to have an exhaust set up like the aar cuda/ challenger t/a. sounds really mean too. Its not too loud where ill get pulled over either. its just right. thanks for the heads up on the heat shields, not to mention the floor is a hell of a lot cooler now with this exhaust.

Thanks. When i went to the show, I had some guy as why i bought it and i told him i just love the way car looks and no one else has one. Then he thanked for bringing the car to the show. I was the only doba there. it was nice. That and i don't think he expected a 24 year old to own one let alone know what one was. lol
