/6 to V8

The easiest and probably least expensive way is to go with the Schumacher parts, like kkritsilas said. I've not used their mounts BUT have absolutely no complaints about other things from them (such as the BB tri-y headers on my car).
 
I've got them in mine. I did not install them, someone else did it. I don't like the way he did it. I have heard of clearance issues on the passenger side. One reason I do not have headers. It is really close to the frame rail on the pass side. Rumor is headers hit when you nail the throttle and thus leak. It is a real BEOTCH, but look to getting a K member out of a mid 80s M body (less rust) and more common 4 door V8 donors are out there. It will be a job, but if you are going to the trouble to pull the engine anyway, you are already there.
