77 Aspen upper control arm bushings

I need to replace the upper control arm bushings on my 77 Aspen. How do you do this with the shaft in the middle? Is there a special tool for this?
Also I have a51 Plymouth business coupe that I would like to change out the seat and install a bench seat from a 2dr Diplomat or Lebaron with a center arm rest. The seat doesn't have to be perfect. I do auto upholstery and would probably redo it anyway. Thanks for any help.

There is a special upper control arm bushing tool, looks like a ball joint press

Yeah you'll need that special bushing tool like the first guy mentioned, otherwise you'll be fighting with it all day trying to press those bushings out with the shaft in there.
