Hello all My 82 is available for new ownership lots of good work done this summer to it.
Time to pass on the torch we are caretakers of these Mopar time machines. I have had it since 2015
purchased from second owner who had it since 3 years old. 360 new M/T tires less than 100 miles runs great fresh tranny service gear oil changed as well as all new diff bearings new balljoints and upper control arm bushings. This car has been repainted some time before I bought it is base /clear. The 360 was added by me, early 80's truck motor from a 3/4 ton van. At time of swap had valve job done to freshen heads the cylinders still show x hatching, new timing chain, oil pump, pan & pickup. At same time pulled old steering box and put NAPA reman box new steering plunge joint all this done in 2016. Originally a /6 car with 7 1/4 diff which are long gone. W hen i got car it had a very tired 318 no A/C stuff under hood was present with the swap I found all parts to put A/C back and it works on 134. Much of the under hood stuff was missing washer bottle carbon canister fan shroud hood insulator pad ect...2007 seats reupholstered headliner sun visors and rear shelf package.2012 Cragar Eliminator 500's, calipers wheel cylinders parking brake cable gas tank.

Wow, great looking car. 727 or 904 transmission? 8 1/4 diff? What gears? Sure-Grip? Some underside photos would be nice. I have an '81 Mirada myself.

360 904 open diff 2.24 gear getting it on a lift would be the way to accurately do that currently the friend that has one at this time there is a project car on it so who knows when i could roll mine on it

OK, thanks. Also, it appears to have been repainted. What ignition and exhaust does it have? Do you know anything about the 360? It's probably a replacement engine because I don't believe '82 Miradas came with a 360. A picture of the engine stamping at the front of the block and of the data plate would help. Thank you.
