86 dippy door handle

I have a question for our resident gurus. Anyone know if a mid 80's d-150 interior door handle will fit on an 86 diplomat se? They sure look the same in pictures. And finding myself a diplomat replacement is turning into a hunt for hens teeth. Thank you all for your time.

Never tried truck but the back ones will swap with front if you're really stuck. They're not identical but work.
