Turbo Action SCS Cheetah Shifter also fits well with minimal modifications.
Although I run a Momentary Contact Button for my TransBrake, Turbo Action sells a Maintained Contact switch for use with OverDrive applications.

Unfortunately my other car broke down first so it didn’t mak it in the Garage. Trans is out. I’ve cut the crossmember brace out and have decided to go a different route with the trans mount. I’ll be using a modified butterfly style mount off of an 83 Cordoba. The floor shifter will not work with the 518 due to its width causing a clearance issue with the linkage.

You likely keep the floor shifter if you convert to a cable instead of factory linkage. I did it in my challenger.

Well it’s all bolted in however I’m missing a few parts for my HGM trans controller that I need to order. Also it’s been raining the past few days so I had to pause any progress on the install

Nice! I’m sure that was a better option. Is it a front mounted cable setup?
The cable comes out the front of the shifter, does a 180* turn to the rear along the passenger side of the transmission then does another 180* turn under the tail shaft (just behind the transmission pan) and ultimately mounts to the DS rear part of the transmission case. Sounds kinda crazy but works very smoothly.

Latest update. I got the transmission installed and running. I took it out for a test drive. Got two miles and the trans went out. Got to take it out again! What a pain in the ass. Might have been my fault because I originally cut the driveshaft too short but not certain. I put a new shaft in the correct length but all I hear in the trans is a clicking noise. I decided to take the whole thing apart and paint the engine bay while I have the transmission out.

Got the transmission back. I ended up screwing it up by cutting the driveshaft too short and obliterating the rear bearing. Since I had to take the transmission I decided to take the engine out and redo the engine compartmen.

Do you still have that trailer hitch I sold you years ago?
