Good morning,
I'm a gear heads with a muscle car faddish but by no means a problem. I'll start off with a confession, I'm really not into mid-late 70s muscle car although there were some cool ones just under powered and plastic. I have however always thought about building a nasty Aspen R/T with a 4 speed and 340 with a mundane sleeper look. I'm a late 60s early 70s muscle guy with most of my stable being Mopar but some brand X mixed in for good measure. I try to focus now days on special cars if possible, only so much time, space and money. My user name will give you a clue to one of my stable. I'm constantly building and DRIVING carbuerated cars and trucks. Anyway, the reason I'm here is I picked up an Aspen for parts only to find out it was a factory 1976 4 speed R/T. It was complete and as is my nature I got it running and yard driving as we call it and put the original wheels back on it. I'm more about saving the cars not squeezing every dime out of them. In fact, I rarely sell a car and the ones I have I usually regretted it, so with that said I cant bring my self to part it out. I know they don't have great value but was curious as to what educated people thought the value would be. Back to the space the space, time and money challenge, it is now taking up a space in my shop and I keep wanted to make it more than a yard driver but there are so many other cars deserving my attention and I only have so many useful years left (hopefully 15-20 but no guarantees) and I may have more than I can complete. I listed it in the For sale section if you care to view the details. So as you can see (if you read this far) I can spell wandering correctly but I am WONDERING what the Aspen is worth.
Have a great day, Kevin
