Can I graft the front and rear end of a 1980 LeBaron sedan onto a 1978 LeBaron sedan?

I'm trying to turn a 1978 sedan into a 1980 sedan for a television show.

Can I use the front fascia from a 1980 on a 1978?
More importantly-will the rear fascia from a 1980 fit onto a 1978?

You guys are the experts. Please let me know what you think.

Front yes, back no, because the quarter panels and trunk lid are too different.
You could change a 80-89 Dodge Diplomat into a 80 Lebaron 4dr, but after 81, you're not getting green.
