I bought an '88 Gran Fury off eBay almost 20 years ago. Guys didn't have the title available at the time. I had driven to Georgia from Jersey to get the car. Anyhow, he never mailed like he said he would. He was very old at the time - maybe mid eighties. I'm sure he's passed on. The number I had is no longer in service. Anybody have ideas on how to get a title in my state? DMV is not helpful at all.
