This is an offshoot of Captains Disgusting Delicacies. I'll start with what I call "Troys' Ultimate Burger".
This is a "mans" burger. lol! Giant Kaiser roll toasted and buttered, 1lb of ground rib roast, 1 avacado,1/4 sweet onion, 5 pepperoni slices,1/2 cup of your fav. shredded cheese. coarse mash the avacado, mix in 1 tbsp of mayo and 1tsp hot sauce. This is the only condiment other than the butter on the roll. saute the pepperoni and onions to carmelize them. I put 3 slices of tomato. P.s. This is big enough to share, but fun to eat all by yourself!!
