I saw that and wondered if it is a winter beater candidate, first and then tuning it into a parts car? I wonder what they paid for the car Guessing 4-500?

No accessory drive belts might suggest a cooling problem, or something amiss. IF I had a car trailer I would go see it and find out if he would negotiate...

Probably the smog pump or AC compressor seized. I wouldn't pay more than scrap for it. Making it nice will exceed the value of it. Which is what happens to most of us anyways
