Diplomat trunk bezel

The base and flip emblem that covered the trunk lock. On my car, it has a bat wing, in chrome, with lock showing. Its really ugly.
 
I don't have anything to reference but shouldn't there be a return spring? Did not see it in either offering? Any special rivet used to attach? You are all very helpful. Thanks.

The return spring is inside the housing.*
I have two at home. Dammed if i could find them last night.*
I'll have to do some digging.*
Two regular rivets hold the works on.*
