Drag radials & lite rain

Yep, there should be a warning "Hey Billy, you moron! Don't test the car tonight!" Friggin thing was sideways while I witness the electric fan's thermostat. The rain stopped hours ago, but I guess the roads were still a little wet. Nothing got broken, but I need to sit in the house a while and reflect on stupidity.

Yeah, most dr's are not meant for daily driving. I think the nitto's are ok in the wet.

One and only time I had drag radials on my car, still had the stock axle shafts (8 3/4" rear). Lots of torque, sticky tires and stock shafts,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,not a good combination. Twisted them bad enough the wheels wobbled. Ordered new shafts from Mancini that same day, lol.

Buddy stopped by to show me his find, a set of almost new BFG drag radials on steelies. We decided to bolt them on the Aspen and see how good they were. Seemed like a good idea,,,,,,,,,,at the time!
