Not sure on the part but I think some cats took them (the usps) to court so the flat rat envelope was replaced with a flat rate deal that was animal/rodent neutral.

Im keeping my last flat rat deal just for historic reasons.

when you are 74 and was a mechanic for 52 years sometimes the fingers don't work to swell. I edited it. thanks. at first I thought I had a bite. haha.
