Found Fender Tag

I'm not a F body guy but I found a Fender Tag in a swap meet.

I think it is a 76 Volare???

Yours free if you can provide some proof of ownership

There is also an additional tag I was told is part of it

I believe the VIN is HH41C6F195660

H = model line Volare
H = price point High
41 = body style 4 door
C = engine 6 cyl
6 = year 76
F = factory Newark DE.
195660 = serial number
I looked for a Vin decoder but did not find one that returned anyv thing relivent.

I'm a 67 Dart guy but wanted to reunite the fender tag to the owner if possible.

C6F = 225cid, 1976, Newark, Delaware
MB5 = Jamaican Blue met. paint
E1B6 = medium blue cloth & vinyl bench
324 = March 24, 1976 build date
H51 = air conditioner
K50 = color-keyed bodyside moulding
L31 = hood mounted turn signals
M31 = beltline moulding
M38 = decklid applique
M43 = grille trim mouldings
N88 = cruise control
the combination of K50, M31, and M38 makes me think this had the Custom Exterior package.
L31 indicates that this car had the A01 Light Group.

Thin thin metal tag is an inspection tag, but i can't recall what it indicated. They were usually mounted under the fender tag.

To edit my initial response, HH41 would be a Volare Custom 4dr sedan. The base would be HL41, and the top of the line Premier would have been HP41
