Headliner install

It been a while since in have been on......life is busy!!! 80 Mirada is now painted and getting it put back together for spring driving! When I purchased car........headliner was rolled in the trunk......fibre board and all. Just had it rebuilt and covered....Question is ....What holds it in place around t-top? Looks to me like I need to peel back edge of fabric and glue into little track around opening? Anyone have pics or suggestions? Thanks

You're right. Peel back the headliner and wrap it around the track , there's a black rubber trim that holds it in place.

Great Thanks for info. It sort of looks like part of my trim is missing. I cannot find a good close pic of properly trimmed t-top......most have a lot of duct tape holding them in place. lol Thinking would likely need some two sided tape in”T” section too
