Valerie1.0 her subframe just isn't going to last owned her 20+ years ago sold to a friend bought back 2 years ago. Valerie 2.0 and Valerie 2.01 with her new shoes.Super 6 Auto and a great subframe. Soon to get new fenders, sport mirrors, loose the trim and don a Sport Wagon lingerie set. I've got a second set of Hooker Showtubes I'll see what they look like too.

Follow the order............1.0 = white 2.0 = yellow w hub caps 2.01 = yellow w alum. The RR is just showing what Showtubes are to the young guys. :icon_razz: The white one is about to fold in half it's rotted almost up to the lower door hinges.

Thank you for the clarification Sir.
The white one looks in better shape in pictures.
Hence my confusion.
Congrats on the new honey.

What was that? You're new girlfriend is a hooker that likes to show her tubes? lol
Wagon's can look cool done up right. I always loved the red one from CO that's now in western WI. You know the one, Phil.

Yea I liked that one too Rich! Hooker show tubes are sidepipes that look like they have 4 individual tubes at the front to look like the header collectors. This one has about 70 K on it so it should be a good base. The white one has had 35psi on 2 cyl for about 8 years but just keeps on ticking, but I guess it's time to go into general population behind the fence! Besides the rust the frt eyes on the leafs are split in 1/2 and just holding together by gravity. I paid $50 for the white one 20+ years ago had been so hot the motor was locked up. I got it loose and lubed it wit atf and got it running, replaced the Rad and bypassed the heater core and ran it for the summer. My buddy needed a car so I put a heater core in and sold it for $500. He drove it 20+ years and always kept it spotless and waxed (real OCD guy) but the rust and weak valves ye gave up. I paid him $150 for her back, put the wires on and got a couple summers out of her. So she did good, she will drive to the yard with her head up!

Not meaning to go off topic (OK, maybe a little) but the place that has that '64 'vert for sale had a genuine, real '64 Max Wedge car a couple years ago. I had to go see it in person. The car was beautiful. A tad more than $16,900 though, lol.
