They were both in Phoenix.

4002573 the part number on the box in the ad is a LOCKING gas cap.

1977-80 H,N,F,G and F,G 2 DOOR HT it is CHROME 4.25 INCHES ACROSS

I stock this

painted caps were not serviced so I'm guessing the locking cap went on the car and the yellow painted one from the car went onto the locking cap box.
