Hi gang,
I just bought an '87 Fifth Avenue. The car is good overall. Cosmetically it is just about perfect inside. The outside was probably perfect until (before I got it) it got vandalized. Egged and keyed. And then the P. O. apparently tried to get the egg off with brillo or something, doing more damage than the egg did. I spent a couple weeks rubbing the paint out and most of it looks good now.
It has a few minor problems. The AC blows cold but only from the heater vents. The power antenna doesn't do anything- can't even hear a click. And it idles rough. I'm going to be asking for advice about these soon, I'm sure.
